Fundamental and Skill Development Training

Join us for our fundamental and skill development training sessions, designed to help you master the basics and refine your techniques. These sessions are open to participants of all age groups and are completely free of charge. Our dedicated volunteer level 1 coaches will be there to guide you.

Schedule:

  • Tuesdays: 5:00 PM to 6:00 PM
  • Thursdays: 5:00 PM to 6:00 PM

Duration: October through March

Advanced Training

For those looking to take their skills to the next level, we offer advanced training sessions. These sessions are ideal for athletes aged U9 to U17, as they will benefit most from the specialized training.

Schedule:

  • Tuesdays: 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM (5.00-6.00pm Hayley – Sprints, Rhianna – Hurdles, Wayne – High Jump then 6.00-7.00pm Hayley – Middle Distance/Walks, Rhianna – Throws, Wayne – Long/Triple Jump)
  • Thursdays: 5:00 PM to 7:30 PM (5.00-6.00pm Mike – Sprints, Rhianna – Hurdles, Hayley – Middle Distance then 6.00-7.00pm Mike – Shot Put & Discus rotates each week as to which one is first, Hayley – Walks, Rhianna – Long/Triple Jump then 7.00-7.30pm Mike – Javelin (U11 and up only)

Cost:

By signing up for advanced training, you gain access to all training sessions throughout the season, and there are no extra charges if you choose to train twice a week. Don’t miss this opportunity to elevate your skills and performance on the track!
